Ms. Fathi Nasyrah Binti Ja’afar holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology MARA and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of Malaya in 2018 and highly competent in handling conveyancing, corporate & banking matters. She is now practicing and handling conveyancing, corporate, banking and advisory matters in the firm.

Andy Toh graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Multimedia University in 2008 and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2011.

Andy Toh has in-depth knowledge and experiences in advising clients on a wide range of real estate transactions and retail banking. Andy Toh has been actively involved in the business development where he associated with Real Estate Agencies and Mortgage Centres.

Andy Toh has also handled and advised clients in matters related to administration of estates of deceased persons and family matters.

Andy Toh’s clients range from individuals to financial institutions, developers and public listed corporation.

Ima Syakira graduated in 2004, with a Bachelors Degree in law (Hons) from University
Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 17 March 2005.

She commenced her pupilage at Messrs. Nik Hisham Fakihah & Co and continued practicing as legal assistant at Messrs. Azlina Mehtab & Associates and Messrs. K. K. Lim & Associates. Shewas a Partner at Messrs. Lee Yuen Syakira & Ng on 2016 until 2020.

She has broad spectrum of civil laws such as in Probate matters, banking and finance, hirepurchase, bankruptcy, recovery, land matters and civil litigation. She is predominantly involved in the area of foreclosure matters and debt recovery with emphasis on contractual law. She has experience in conducting case in the High Court for her institutional clients during her practice.

Ima Syakira also has admitted as a Syariah Lawyer in Penang and she has been actively inhandling Syariah Law matters such as Custody & Guardianship, Family Matrimonial & Divorceand Maintenance. Her expertise in Islamic Estate Management / Matrimonial Property involvingWasiat, Hibbah , Faraid & Harta Sepencarian

Ms. Tye pursued her degree in law at Bond University, Australia from 1993-1996. After successfully obtaining her degree, she came back to Penang and chambered with Messrs Presgrave & Matthews under pupilage of Mr. Wong Sai Heng. She was attached with Messrs Cheong Wai Meng & Van Buerle from 1998 and during her tenure there she practices both the conveyancing and litigation sectors.

Subsequently she joined Messrs Nasir, Kenzin & Tan and manages the Penang branch office at Menara Northam. Since December 2005, she has been with Messrs K.K. Lim & Associates and was in charge of Corporate Banking and Conveyancing Department dealing with corporate and commercial law and assisting clients in loan, banking and finance matters related to corporate commercial loan, SME business loan, real estate and housing development projects at Penang Branch Office.

From April 2016, she is attached to Messrs Lim Huck Aik & Co and manages the MBF branch office. She practices retail and Corporate Banking and handles housing development projects.
